**Job Summary:**
The Assistant Sales Manager will support the General Manager in leading and managing the sales team to achieve company goals. This role involves developing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be customer-focused, and possess a proven track record in sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans.
- Support in managing the sales team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics while identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in client meetings and aid in negotiating and closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and work to develop new client partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure the sales team successfully meets or exceeds monthly and annual targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales position, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and implement improvements.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
