Job Title: Route Driver – Fulfillment Center

Location: 560 E Memorial Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73114

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–9:30 a.m. or 6:30 p.m.–9:30 p.m.

Pay: $15/hr

(flexible hours required during high volumes and events)

Position Overview

The Route Driver is responsible for the safe, efficient, and courteous delivery of inventory into and out of the Fulfillment Center. This is an hourly position that reports directly to the Operations General Manager.

Note: Employment is contingent upon successful drug test results. A CDL is not required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, deliver, and pick up products at designated locations.

• Deliver accurate stock quantities to retail locations as needed.

• Maintain established receiving and transfer procedures.

• Sort and distribute stock transfers to proper store locations.

• Assist with organization, storage, and distribution of supplies.

• Operate a company vehicle and assist stock pullers using carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment.

• Support loading and unloading of trucks as needed.

• Sort and distribute mail promptly.

• Perform vehicle inspections (tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, water).

• Follow truck maintenance schedules and appearance standards.

• Adhere to and promote safety standards by identifying and correcting unsafe conditions.

• Maintain communication with supervisor for delivery instructions and updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

• Ability to lift 35+ pounds repetitively, including bending, reaching, and stooping.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
